Free energy gravity motor

  I would like to bring to your attention the free energy gravity motor called the Pinwheel Generator that has been given to all by the Designs for the World Project:  www.Squidoo.com/Pinwheel Generator.
  There is another gravity motor design by it is the first design and has since been improved. 
  This is located at Archive.org/Godproven.com/Apr06/pages 59-64.
The improvements are as follows:  The water in the inner tank does not exceed the top of the tank, cables run from the top of the inner tank's walls to a pulley attached to the bottom of the upper tank and out the main cylinder to weights that assist in returning the inner tank to the top to refill, and there is a rubber liner (big inner tube will work) attached from the bottom of the inner tank to the inside base of the main cylinder. Whew!
