could a smot unbalance the wheel?

ok you take the origional ppm a wheel with balls and add a smot magnet array at the right position to move the ball to the outside before it would by gravity alone and then another to move the ball to the inside before it would by gravity?
sorry if I am just regurgitating old ideas here.

it doesn't work, I have already use applied SMOT to a gravity wheel, the field also settles just like gravity does. both magnetics and Gravity need input energy assistance.
