The answer is simple.
The video show two regular lead-acid batteries (12V each?) connected in series.
This comes to 24V x 300amps = 7200W  :o :o :o :o :o

Of course 7.2KW will make regular electrolysis sparkle and glow and split water.

And you didnt ask what the wattage of the system was.

BY the way with 7200 watts I can make 43 litre per minute of hho

maybe you should look up some of the work I have done. Look on youtube for d3adp001, and thats just the small stuff I have loaded there.

again you really dont have any real understanding of what your looking at, if you did you would know better than to waste your time looking at it.
