Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

This is amazing, "EEStor claims their examples will offer capacities about 400 W·h/kg. For comparison, a conventional lead-acid battery is typically 30 to 40 W·h/kg and modern lithium-ion batteries are about 160 W·h/kg.",

Hi Paull
It isn't really news any more as it is on other threads
http://www.overunity.com/index.php?topic=2501.0
EEStor have been making big claims for a few years and raising lots of money and promising lots of things will happen, but so far nothing substantial, apparently they have done a deal with an electric car Company and will deliver their Cap Bat by the end of this year, we will see.

Hi powercat,

Do you or anyone else know what types of material the "separator" in EDLCs (ultra/super) caps are made of? For starters, they're insulators, right?

Yeah EEStor has been buzzing around since 2005 I believe but have yet shown anything publicly, reminds me of Steorn.

Hey boys,
If you want a very big capacities try making an zinc/air or aluminium/air batterie.
In place of 400Wh/kg you have a three more, about 1400 to 1500 Wh/kg.
And you can DIY yourself !
