Why cant Microsoft make a stable OP system

They can't make it stable, because then there would be no computer repair shops with 'engineers' certified in MS-this-or-that-and-its-1.618x10^50-versions-thereof.

They get money for a certification of a product, each version is a new certificate, this is how they're printing money.

It's bullshit really.  It's also a demonstration of capitalistic over-unity.  Something from nothing.

then i cut the right for making vista...

i've worked on pc's since 98
i always intergrate my drivers in to my os disc.. raid, display, sound etc....
and a external hard drive to back up once a month..
you never should trust a computer... they still make paper and pens

Had to recover lost years of research. My fault should have backed up.
I dont understand why they come out every year with a new system instead of fixing the one they have.

I hate to be blunt, but you simply do not know what you are talking about.  If your operating system became corrupt, your data should be retrievable by mounting the hard drive to another PC or to a USB adapter.

If your entire hard drive has become inaccessible, this is not the fault of the operating system.  Hard drives fail.  There are hardware RAID cards, and Windows supports software RAID as well.  You failed to take proper precautions against hardware failure, and this is hardly Microsoft's fault.

I am satisfied with the systems, although the company has lost sight of the objective with Vista and "7".  (ME was a fiasco!  Vista was the same.)  Windows 7 has me "More than worried" with it's unusual (and Hidden, by the way...) networking functions.

LOL....they've had 'unusual' networking functions since windows 3.1 for work groups.


They've never lost sight of their objective because "the objective" was never theirs to begin with.....

Why cant Microsoft make a stable OP system

1. "It is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it." (Sinclair) In other words: because they wont.

2. The world is ruled by interests and not wishes. They could live from wishes but couldn't harvest.

3. They want to harvest.

4. They sold it as a cheap s. 20 years ago to get the world bite the bait and build their standards, their life on it. We did and today they harvest as whoever built on it is forced into the corner.

5. They don't want us to leave the corner. (see why: #3)

6. Every industrilists greatest fear is an industrial revolution and they are able to do ANYTHING tho prevent that by suppressing everything that could release the sheep from their corner.

7. A stable operating system would cause industrial revolution.
