Seeing as how my comments have been a little off-topic, perhaps a frequency collector wouldn't.  If you have any more information about (that) device, please, do post it here as it may be of use to detect such in-coming waves.

I downloaded this frequency generator programhttp://www.world-voices.com/software/nchtone.html and gave it a try. Sure enough between 180Hz and 280Hz I felt something like a resonance particularly in my ear. Almost like a buzz. The wave form made a difference to. Sine wave was ok. Square waves and sawtooth wave were irritating. The triangle wave seemed to be the most pleasing.

exept for cellphone traffic
its a mystery than no one suspects or investigates
something that probably has adverse effects
