July 17 - you said you would buy it
July 18 - you received it
Oct 15 - You can't pay and are going to send it back tomorrow
Jan 1 - you still agreed to ship it back
Jan 4 -Finally gave up and told you to keep it.

Lately, you told me you don't use it and will send it back.
Now, from what I see, It looks like you did use it today.
