if a human ate only raw, uncooked food,
than that humans lifetime,
would be decades longer than normal.

and their health would be like peter ragnar.
who is in his 60's, yet is inhumanly strong and fit.

heating destroys most/all of the nutrients in food.
especially the vitamin C,
which cannot even withstand the oxygen in the air.
let alone being cooked at more than 117 F.

the vitamin C,
which is needed to prevent your
muscles,

and connective tissue,
from disintegrating like the elites plans,

good health is not complicated.
it is very simple.
our ancestors did it for thousands of years,
with just what was in their natural environment.

This generation is not referring to just us. A generation is all of the people through a complete cycle of the Mayan Calender alignment.  The Mayans, Egyptians, Sodom and Gomorrah, Noah, Sumerians, and the mythical City of Atlantis have all been nearly wiped out in each generation around the time of the alignment, according to history.

i think they meant the group of souls,
who are a part of this 26,000 year cycle.

when you die,
your soul floats around.
observing things.

when you feel ready,
and you find a woman that you decide worthy,
you follow float within the womans space.

until she concepts,
and your soul attaches itself to the root chakra of the fetus.
making the fetus your new body.



when you reincarnate,
your new body/self has "most",
of the tendencies and development that you had,
in past lifetimes.

but you have to re-attach yourself to all of it.
by re-developing it in the new body.

the more familiar you were were something in a past life,
the faster you re-develop it in the new life.

such as if you got stung by bee's countless times in the past lives,
than you instinctively know that bugs are a source of trouble,
in the new life.



when they said generation,
they meant that the current group of souls,
would last long enough to see the end of this babylonian garbage.
and the beginning of a new golden age.

or that earths branch of humans,
would not go extinct,
without seeing the "second coming" first.



the above concepts were unknown,
to who ever coined the phrases in the ancient books.
or at least,
were unknown to most readers.

so most people currently living,
do not have the knowledge,
to know what the ancient books were talking about.
