Have you any idea if placebo effect is part of this.. I know belief works for healing and in the demo videos he says it is important to talk to whomever is being treated.. has anyone tried just saying nothing and using the wand?  Maybe try on someone that is asleep and see if they say anything when they wake up.. not telling them that they were wand...
