Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Rapa,

Well no, I wasn't saying the piezo thing...
however your idea would be enhanced by the following phenomenon.

                                       http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoOtDBCJ7T0

It's what got me started on realizing that a potential difference in gravity can do horizontal work.

Let me know what you think.

Thank God, You, Mr. Observer ,you've knew a little what I mean,
One important thing is: It's not only gravity but any force is limitless.

Observer,
Sir, sounds like you could throw a few punches in this brawl!

"Kinetic energy becomes infinite energy" is a false statement.
You don't need kinetic energy to roll forever.
The speed of a ball is null in its own referential. A state at rest is not distinguishable from a motion at constant speed. You don't need energy to move at constant speed. See relativity.

That's crap.

Zhang,

Brilliant Post.
I realized this just the other day... no kidding.

The example that shows current physics is wacky is this.

***  You have a job of moving 10 kg boxes from a truck to a loading dock.         ***
***  The starting point and ending point are 10 meters apart and of equal height. ***

Current physics talks about work done on the box with respect to gravity.

So pick up the box... move it 10 meters... put it down...
AND YOU HAVE DONE ZERO WORK.
Do this all day... guess how much work current physics says you do? ... ZERO !

Obviously this is pure B.S.

The question isn't... How much work was done on the box?
It's... How much A did it take to move the box?

The answer is... quite a bit !

Hi Observer,

I just thought about your kind of observations some time ago, thinking why an helicopter must use power for hovering.
I think the answer is: the human muscles are driven by nervous system pulses which then become heat. So it works like an integrator, for the purpose of gaining control on the muscle position; in this (worst) case it converts power to mantain static gravitational energy on the weight.
The energy system proposed works as long as it doesn't bleed energy, transferring the energy in ordered (kinetic) or disordered (heat) manner. (There are more options of course, but I think we cover the case examinated, here)
