That is quite an assumption....as one assumes that man won't attack his own countrymen.  Which is a long proven fallacy.  Look at what what rich countrymen do to poor countrymen, liberal countrymen to conservative countrymen and vice versa, black to white and vice versa, etc. etc. ad nauseum,  the world over.

Man has been inhumane to his fellow man for long enough.

Man's inhumanity to his fellow men, be they his neighbors or those on the farside of the planet, is nearing it's Appointed end.
