Yes. This sheds light on the chemtrail experiments.
There may be several ways to combat these psychos.

I can think of clothing that in a way act like a faraday cage
Or some kind of cream like sun tan lotions
And also a hand held microwave directed at the weapon may
render it in-effective, long enough for a group to over come
the driver and his gang.

Makes me wonder if naked body scanners are in fact a cover to scan
joe public to check if their chemtrail contaminations are having their malavelant
intention.
