Bob Boyce's racing boats

Hi everyone,

I have been talking to BB about the racing boats he once ran on ESPN.

I have asked him if I could divulge this information and what the details were.

So far I have received two calls from him resulting in a huge amount of exhilaration for me and some two pages of notes.

I hope he contacts me at least one more time so I can validate some information where I can compile the remaining parts of the puzzle.

So far I know the cell design,
the engine type,
the carburetion system,
the ignition,
the oil system, "two stroke".
Brute force/ resonance/pulsed scalar DC
actual gas production, theoretical also.
other related information and specifics.

I am lacking some details;
volts and amps,
max RPM,

So for the main part I nearly have it all.

Bob has not given me the go ahead to divulge all this information so for now I will not do that.

I believe this is an honor thing and it may have implications against his family. I have not been the best investigator because the excitement I had just to get that first call was overwhelming.
Bob is working on projects and staying somewhat busy.

I hope to hear from him shortly to finish my notes.

Hopefull He will give me the final details I am asking for.

If anyone has pertinent information only to this project I will concider asking the questions. Take your best, shot I am!

I am very sad to tell everyone this,

Bob said these designs were NDA with other manufacturers. This will preclude me from devulging the designs and information that Bob has alowed me.

I am sorry for the bad news.
This flies in my face and yours too. Being that anyone feels they could capture the market or hide this wonderful technology from the greatest part of humanity.

I am a member,
I have enjoyed many days in this field of discovery,
I won the lotery for the first Cell from PTI to be sold in california through hydrogen garage,
I have quite a bit of experience in this field.

My whole point was just to get the information from Bob about how he accomplished racing the boats using hydrogen on demand.   That was it. I got the information just to find out Bob would prefer it being NDA.

I am realy not interrested in the little slap together hydro cells that are arround.
I did all that research and testing I want to.

Note; The important part Bob said from my questioning was he had his prius registered as an electrical vehicle; this made exemptions for modifications for these devices so the polution police would not take him to jail and court again, or take his birthday money away. $300,000 it cost him last time, if my old video memory serves me right.

But see, using overunity HHO in racing machines would be considered cheating
from unfair advantage by other competitors...as one could totally avoid fuel pit-stops...
Guess what? They would be p*ssed, as I would be too. Also, once you have water
in the engine you get a second chance at the overunity lottery by retrying the
process again- in a plasma phase. So I can't feel too bad about the outcome.
So, it just may not be quite as complex or as unique as you think, the method
may be more simple then it seems, but he gets two shots at it and you maybe
are looking at getting only one. That one may need to suffice to offset the
inherent inefficient operation of a normal Carnot gas cycle engine.

Why can't someone get an electrolyser and operate it on straight DC
and then operate another of the same model on the same DC power
but inject the AC, then show plastic garbage bags attached to each,
and shoot a video showing of one inflating three times as fast as the
other? So everyone would know which one to buy, and how to operate
it in overunity mode. All they ever show is bubbles and then hint at
overunity claims...At least in Antons demo videos, I didn't see any
bubbles!
