I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

Just to clarify. 

MMS1 is a solution containing 28% sodium chlorite and 72% water.  One part of this solution is mixed with 5 parts citric acid (the citric acid itself being in a 10% solution with water).  The sodium chlorite and citric acid solutions are left to react together for 3-4 minutes, resulting in a digestible form of chlorine dioxide gas.  It's this digestible form of chlorine dioxide gas that is claimed by many to have positive health effects.

MMS2 is calcium hypochlorite, which turns into hypochlorous acid when taken in a small amount with an 'ample' amount of water.  Hypochlorous acid is produced naturally in the body in small amounts as part of the immune system and it's claimed taking calcium hypochlorite to create more hypochlorous acid can have positive health effects.
