Wow Lee, thats a pretty involved schematic...thankfully I found a download.

I would have been too much of a challenge for to build one the way I was feeling.

That was a really good score for sure Thay...you can always adjust the intensity of the signal to suit your comfort level...not sure of the effectiveness at low levels though.

If you ever want to sell it, I would appreciate it if you let me know.

Well, yeah, it's also based on vacuum tube technology, but that was what I came across fairly quick.

I might look around later for a simpler one when I have more time.

Hi Thaelin,

I started to take 1 teaspoon of baking soda a day.  I looked at the box to see the salt level, one teaspoon is like 60% of ones daily intake of sodium.  If you are using 3, that is a lot of sodium!  Do you notice any issues with all that sodium?  Has your blood pressure changed or anything?

When injesting baking soda, make sure it doesn't contain aluminum.

Arm and Hammer brand doesn't list it, but it showed up in tests.
