I have been attempting to replicate a M.E.G design using c-cores containing amorphous metals e.g METGLAS® Magnetic Alloy 2605SA1 (Iron-based).

I have tried http://www.metglas.com and http://www.magmet.com to no avail - nobody ever replies to my e-mails (or I don't receive them) and any inquiries made via their web sites results in no further contact.

Does anyone know where I can purchase - online - amorphous metals c-cores equivalent to the METGLAS® Magnetic Alloy 2605SA1 (Iron-based) types?

You probably could try http://www.elnamagnetics.com
I've obtained MetGlas toroids in small quantities from them as a private person.
They keep stock of some MetGlas components.

I also encountered big delays in response by MetGlas themselves.
In some cases they responded after 6 weeks or more.

[Edit] Here's another link to a seller:
http://www.hilltech.com/products/power_components/amorphous_nanocrystalline_cores.html

@ romerouk
your link is absolute worthless. They don't sell amorphous C-cores.

Success!

I was able to purchase small quantities of AMCC-320 cores from the following company:

Whole Well Co. Ltd
http://www.wholewell.com.tw
Contact: Otto Yang (otto@wholewell.com.tw)

The other companies I contacted - only by e-mail due to phone costs - either did not reply or did not sell cores in small quantities.
