it would have worked out better if that artist had triangulated the squares instead of the circles.
thats why the two rings drawn are not the same.
its actually a lot more symetrical than that drawing.

Hi Sm0ky.  I'm sure you're right.  I was trying to find pi in that arrangement.  Failed miserably but I'm reasonably satisfied that the next circle will double and the next.  I've been told NOT.  But I'm not sure.

Hi again Twinbeard.  I've seen that first design rendered by a muslim artist in the most perfect 'botanic'? anyway - plant like structures with flowers.  It's mind bending.  Really wonderful. 

Guys - the secret is in geometry.  I'm SO sure of that.  Wish I knew more.

That is an ancient symbol from many cultures and religions found all across the planet... You mentioned that you key on symmetries... I key on pattern recognition;)  If I see a pattern somewhere, particularly in nature, and see the same pattern elsewhere, under a completely different context, I know there is an underlying connection there somewhere.  The fun part is ferreting out exactly what that connection is. 

Spiral galaxies, hurricanes, the pattern I saw in the ferrofluid when exposed to a torsional B field;
atoms and solar systems;
DNA, Leedskalnin's double helix representation of how "individual magnets" move, and the filamentary double helix patterns of aetheric flux paths between galaxies and clusters of galaxies currently called "dark matter" or "dark energy"...
these are all examples of fractal pattern iterations.  I saw identical patterns with your diagrams of variants of Davids incredible permutation of Leedskalnins PMH and this ancient symbol held in high regard by almost every great civilization.  Lets find the connection:)

You guys can worship Rodin and call me names all you want... none for me, thanks.  Sticks and stones... all that.  Don't be a douchenozzle.  See?  I can call names too.  It does neither of us any good.  Also, I do not want to take anything away from Cletus... I'm sure he has valuable things to contribute, and some unique insight, but honestly, one needs to be able to express oneself in language that others can understand to get a point across.  Verbiage, syntax, and sensible structure make a difference in when trying to communicate ideas to others. 

If you have built one, you would realize that the B field in Rodins coil is planar, while the starship is cylindrical.  They have different properties, and a guy going by the handle hhoforvolts came up with the starship.  I use a variant in my FlowerPower device that I designed, and call the Leedskalnin Starship... 24 points, bifilar non progressive wind.  Totally not based on Rodins math... I use it because it a) concentrates the B field in the center while b) allowing the exterior parts of the wind to act as an antenna for the E field, which is just about right for my purposes.  In fact, in the links you referenced, post 7 and 8, Clanzer is building my variant.  Don't believe me?  Check the datestamps on my video posts vs. his, or the datestamps of my posts on EF.  I posted a scan of my winding jig there some time ago.
