I know im blowing this up i hope
its making sense or im going look like the biggest
idiot if you can calulate the field you
can determine the strenth of the magnet
backwards not the feild from the magnet the magnet from the field
its going to start with calculating
how the light makes the field in reverse with no magnet
just ion flow 
how the light bulb propulsion generates a field
then how much field is needed to move the light bulb
from the plasma and then the plasma has contual field enough to
drive the light bulb anywhere

FLUID is a damper to HF, I would try to wrap the aquarium tube in wide strips of metal foil (ferrous).  If you charge coil with a switching circuit that can stop the charge and connect the coil ends.  the charge stays like a pmh   (ALL coils) must be closed)  If you cannot get it to "effect"  there is to much space between the ferrous oxide, plug an end with some kind of filter, warm the fluid and blow in the non filter end ( a vacuum pump on filter end would do better) to compact it and still allow movement of alignment.  Also making those metal foil strips wide at the beginning and narrow at the end will change things.  Stick with bifilar and it may not matter much.

Also in your number groups are there any 5s next to 5s or is it always 45 or 54   this may signify changing of polarities.
