@David lambright ,or anyone who can help . I am trying to get the parts together for an oxide core device .I am stuck with the iron oxide . apparently there are three types of iron oxide . can someone give me the name and chemical formula of the one i need please .

Not a lot of activity on this thread at the moment . Its beginning to look like my own private thread! Do not forget that I am still looking for the chemical formula for the correct iron oxide to use in the oxide core device . Has anyone had results using vermiculite with an oxide core device .
       Here is another thought . When I was young and foolish I believed all sorts of supernatural flim flam .James Randi got me out of that . However , in my youth , I read of an experiment to "sensitise" the eyes , to enable one to see the human aura . I think that one had to look through a glass cell "bottle?" containing a dye called Dicianin  or dicyanin . Whether one saw the aura through the glass cell , or if this was just training for the eyes was never made clear . I actually bought an expensive pair of goggles that allegedly worked on the same principal . No instructions were given , and I remember no positive results . I ended up using them to ride my motorcycle in ! [not recommended] My point is that just perhaps , similar techniques could enable one to more easily see the radiant energy . Please let me know what you think , its getting a bit boring here on my own .

OMG I may have opened a can of worms here! Time is limited tonight but I just spent 10 minutes on google studying Dicyanine [correct spelling .] Basically the facts in my last post are correct but most sources agree that Dicyanine is used for eye training . A warning is given not to use this if you suffer from any disease of the retina , including but not restricted to glaucoma.Here is a brief resume of what I learnt so far .
1 There are several types of Dicyanin , including C13H371IN202 which may or not be the right one .
2Discovered by Henry Kilner who published a book in 1911
3training is to be limited to one session of30 to 45 seconds . [avoid riding motorcycles]
4This training enables one to see light beyond normal spectrum and to see ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS .
5 The STUFF IS DISOLVED IN ALCOHOL BEFORE USE .

6 Since the 1940s Dicyanin is CLASSIFIED BY THE GOVERNMENT and only available with top security clearance .

Fe3O4..black iron oxide is what i use in my oxide core devices....so far there have been at least five WORKING replications of my first device....i am compiling a list of all of them plus photos of their work....i dont know if anyone has made an oxide core device yet...they are much easier to build...i will post a link as soon as i am done with the video....the main thing is to fill the tube completely with oxide...in the video i will be showing how i did it...a tad dirty....wear gloves and be safe in all your builds...david
