Yes! when big pulley is in motion then it is very light to rotate so its not hard for the motor to rotate it and the effect is going faster and faster which is what we need.

I think this is related to chass design.

And do you know that it is more efficient if we just pulse it. 
and how about if we use 2 parallel auto alternator?

Well I can, because that big wheel trying to turn that small wheel will simply die when that small wheel on that generator starts to produce any power. You are using the great leverage of the big wheel at your total disadvantage and it won't work. A drag of 1 on the small wheel will feel like a drag of 10 on the big wheel. Sorry to say.

Of course, it's right, because angular energy is 1/2*I*w² (I moment of inertia) and power is T*w (T torque). Angular speed w alone is meaningless about energy.
It is astonishing to see so many ignorant (or too stupid?) people teaching us free energy but mistaking energy for speed, angular speed, moment, torque, voltage, current and so on... They are not even able to learn and study the bases before presenting their "genius idea", when so many courses for undergraduate students are on line and even wikipedia is enough to show them their blunders, known and corrected since the 16th or 17th century.

But! there is always a way for every problem 

Always find the cause of the problem, there is always a solution to that just make it a little balance or make the pulley not too small, super lubricate it and add some efficient amplifier then cheeers  .
