Hello ALL,  Ok since you want a AC battery   and since DC is really moving in both direction helixing along as it does.  Perhaps you can use a "neutral" magnetic field as your zero point and then you can squeeze the flow magnetically and may be able to split the helix.   Our DNA helix can be split using a hole which is to small for both sides to fit thru.   Though a smaller helix may form at double the pressure EMF on the neutral fields exit point, but during the moment it is separated you will have your ac available.
