A new Gravity Wheel Concept...

I am presenting my new gravity wheel concept.
The drawings below may suffice.

The new idea is the use of strings/flexible loops wrapped round weights on a rotating wheel and two fixed pulleys  to constrain weights to follow a circular path/orbit round the axle for 270 degrees starting from the 6 o'clock position and allowed to roll further away from the axle, in an elliptical path/orbit from  the major axis on the descending side of the wheel and roll back to their circular path/orbit as the reach and reset at the 6 o'clock position.

Does this concept say something that we could continue with ?
