If they aren't trying to sell you something that they claim does more than it really does, then it might not be a scam, but it still could be a silly (more or less) error.

After all -- and as usual -- we don't see the device running itself, do we.

Unless someone makes a full and complete disclosure then move right along....nothing to see here. Even if it does work to make a decent motor/generator cost $50k plus for a pre-production protoype. Even Eric Dollard made one 20 plus years ago cost over $15k back then in accurate machine parts. No one is interested anymore in "proof of concept" devices there are plenty already and no funding will come either.

SO if it not based on off the shelf motors and generators with FULL disclosure then don't bother.

This motor is the real deal.  All you need to do to get detailed design plans is to send $1500 to Joseph Ngugu via Western Union and you will get info soonest.
