Interesting message about the explanation of such amazing skulls.
But people, that wore these heads,  lived at the same time with men like us... But the radiations are may be the reason. All is possible, and what is said in your links is real for me (the Earth's magnetic field is changing).

for manipulating the aether to control time. For example, controlling
the aether around plants could speed up the growth of food crops and
help feed more people. And of course, controlling aether to speed up or reverse
time could allow space travel and also time travel.

Don't want to disillusion people but what has happened, has happened, and there is no way to turn back or fast forward "time". Also there is no "time", there is only a "now".

parallel probabilities is all there is because it avoids any paradox which violates the continuum.

there is no time travel in the classical sense within the original time line because of the violation paradoxes that could destabilize the continuum.
