Water can be split into hydrogen and oxygen and many folks have already done that. Exploding hydrogen can propel a vehical. 

Splitting water into a gas form takes more energy at present than the energy released in the form of hydrogen and oxygen. Thats as far as I know else we would be into running water powered cars. 

Now lets look at various SEC devices that have been made. I see they can resonate or spike in many different frequencys. Sometimes more than one frequency spike.

Its my strong belief that at a certain spike frequency or frequencys water can be easily split by electrolysis into hydrogen and oxygen

Now by directing a powerful 12 volt??  SEC discharge through a diode into distilled water might the water breakdown rapidly?

If this works then much burnable hydrogen should be released and more power than what it takes to operate the exciter will be the outcome.

Next comes the problem on how to handle the hydrogen. (I already lost part of my hearing as a result of a hydrogen explosion.)  A small static spark will set it off with an ear ringing explosion.

As long as the hydrogen is coming up through the water in bubbles it is safe. If it is immediately sucked away as it surfaces and burned off then it never has a chance to expode accidentely.

A jet engine inlet is capable of " DIRECTLY" sucking hydrogen gas into it and burning it.  Let your imagination run wild with all of these HALF BAKED IDEAS.

"The question is, if the wire material of the diode helps to produce the hydrogen gas.Is the wire metal consumed ?( cause it has copper in it )
Must the diode wire have a tuned length tuned to the SEC frequency ?
How willit work with saltwater ? Wil this be simular to the Kanzius effect
where he fed in about 13 Mhz RF waves into saltwater ?

That is the exact video I saw that sparked my interest.
Years before that I saw a TV documentary where a fellow had split water with radio waves and it showed hydrogen actually burning on top of the water. I never saw that documentary again and wandered what happened???

There must be thousands of folks out there with Tesla coils or SEC exciters already built. If everyone who owns one directs its output through a diode into a bottom of a test tube full of common tap water. Then If you see a ""MASSIVE"" discharge of hyrogen from the diode terminal you have found the way to liberate the hydrogen "EFFICIENTLY" for future generations. Thats a HOLY GRAIL of how we can power most anything. 3/4 of the earth is covered by water.  Think about it and do it-- you already have your SEC device made and it might prove to do the above??  It might take about an hour of your time to try this. What do you have to loose??

If you find your SEC device does the above please report all info here so others can replicate it exactly and of course you will take credit for the discovery.

Since 12 volts is a battery standard lets construct a Tesla or SEC device that can be powered by that voltage based on your findings.
