Preview of CLaNZeRS new Modular Rig System

I offered custom CNC work back on the tail end of last year, but due to time retraints and other comitments I have not been able to deliver what I wanted to. I did a few jobs here and there for people, but really struggled to find time to help the others.

I did find though that most people wanted a simple Rig that consisted of a Rotor, mounted in a certain configuration.

So for the last few months I have been thinking of a way I can produce a Rig that will allow people without the tools, that want a rig to get their hands on one very easly.

Hence the Modular Rig System has been born.


The Base Plate is the main foundation of this System and the most costly part, but once you have a Base Plate, then the other Add-ons should be much cheaper to purchase.

Here are some pictures on the Base Plate, along with the 100mm Rotor Add-ons.
I have load of ideas for other Add-ons to come and as new claims come along, we should be able to release Add-ons to allow people to build it using the Modular Rig System.

As well as the 100mm Add-on kit, there will be a 150mm and 200mm Rotor Kit.

Also a number of stator pole holders for PM magnets, Coils, read switches etc etc

Spot on, this is just what it is.

Been knocking this idea around for a while and looking at the reponse on email just with the last 2 days, there defo seems a demand for it.

So I think we will be calculating the prices in the next couple of day and going for a initial run of 20 units.

Hopefully this will allow people to quickly start experimenting with the claims rolling in these days.
