New magnetic-gravity motor chasing its tail from Tom

Do you guys see any similarities with Tom's device to the experiment "4 legged stool set up" shown on this page?:  http://www.scribd.com/doc/18010490/4/Unbalanced-Wheel-with-damper-fluid

I think the similar effect might be happening here.


Just invert Tom's device and there you have it:


- the pivoting ring magnet = bowl with water
- lazy susan turn table = stool
- magnet fixed to on the lazy susan turn table = hands pushing on the stool's legs


Personally I think the stool is rotating due to the hands pushing force imbalance; in Tom's device the imbalance is caused just by the magnet fixed to the turn table.

One year went by... Any success with your patent application ? Ready to show it to the world ? I'm reading your clues day after day and still no special results Pitty I didn't save your comments on the videos of yours - I remember that you described the improvements there. I am no patent attorney and, i guess it depends upon what country he is in but...in the US once a device is "disclosed to the public"  it can NEVER be patented.  IF a patent is somehow granted because it was not revealed during the application that it had been disclosed to the public...that patent would be null and void.

This was all explained to me in detail by a very expensive patent attorney that we hired back in the 80's.  If the laws have changed since then...which is possible...I am not aware of those changes.

For sure, lazy susan with two sphere magnets mounted on it's disk is one piece of a puzzle. What I don't understand is how is it supposed to move without using any external force? In my opinion another magnet is needed. I will not give up
