Smog and pollution from the internal combustion engine is a billion dollar a year world wide health expenditure. As a result Governments talk about imposing new legislation for future fuel standards and expect the consumer to pick up the bill for future cars made to achieve a certain fuel economy. This would take an estimated 10 years+ to change over the existing infrastructure and achieve any meaningful results. What they do not focus on is using the EXISTING low cost fuel saving and pollution reduction technology we have today to achieve a real time new health standard, prevent cancers and other related smog related diseases.

Panacea has tested 2 proven low cost fuel saving and pollution reduction modifications that can achieve the bottom line. Put money back in your pockets at the fill up and not in the oil companies. I saw the video the z5 look at some kind of tornado device?

I think the gadgetman groove is something that will work best

The additive cost? Maybe it reduce fuel but the cost of the additive will nullify the effect on fuel price?

The Z5, changes the molecular structure of the air that passes through it and enables a better burn, its unlike the cyclone/tornado my friend (which dont work on all or very well, the Gadget man does not work on all fuel injected cars and looses power at the top end BTW, we tested it also)

So the Z5 is nothing to do with a vortex of the air for a vaporizer action,This you can see in the Z5 patent, a mixture of certain metal alloys we think its some kind of ionization of the air  .

The Xtreme fuel treatment yes does pay for itself my friend  . you can see we describe it at the end of the video, he has around 320$ back every fill up a month. Plus it preserves your engine life so the savings must be scrutinized in another manner, this is why the worlds biggest mining company uses that additive (to prevent millions of dollars in engine down time).

Thank you for your answer, so its not a tornado device, I suppose if I combine all of that with the mod I want to do, the end result will be better than!

Question, do you know the average cost of the z5?

The additive treatment cost like 25$ for 2 oz and its equal to 8 fuel tank of 20 gallons, this mean around 4$ per tank, so its not that cheap, maybe I will test this additive someday, maybe the main ingredient of this is acetone and a lot of peoples do their own mix

hello my friend, yes apparently if you spend 4$ you get around 8$ back at fill up, so far the cement truck pays for its self This has lubricants, rust proof and burn rate modifier so a little better than acetone

Average price of the Z5 is 208USD$ my friend, other than that, maybe try and open source hydrogen gas splitter, what car are you trying to boost, illl give you a hand for best mods
