Sun is shining even at night. Now ,think how many suns is in Universe ? Free energy is a device which taps energy from many suns = cosmic rays. This is (in simplified version) what makes noise in electronic apparatus.

I can explain this.. Unknown energy in space supply additional energy in the ou device like tesla coil when disturbed by its oscillation of current. This unknown energy helps to convert thermal energy in to electricity thats why some ou device become cold when more power was extracted because it absorb the thermal energy around the device. So the extra energy that came out from an ou device is not the unknown energy, its the thermal energy that has been converted to electricity by the help of this unknown energy in space. So no violation in the law of thermo dynamics.
