This is not a perpetual motion machine.  The reason why is because of friction.  This is no different than bouncing a ball on the floor and seeing the ball bounce less high after each time it bounces.  There is no additional acceleration being caused because of the way you have set up your magnets.  Now go do something useful with your life.

Don't come on overunity forum to  spread your own scientific insecurities. i didn't do 7 years in engineering school to come here and argue with someone who can't read. i never claimed that this is my work "found this on youtube i thought it was worth sharing"   i wrote below: " i think it's the only way to verify and validate the claim" meaning build one and observe.
also before you start giving people lessons about bouncing balls physics, i suggest you to go back to school and learn how to observe. nobody is claiming perpetual motion here we are just observing a magnetic phenomenon that has not apparently been fully understood or gained the deserved attention.
if you think you know it all do yourself a favor get a life stop wasting our time and yours with your lack of intelligence.

It definitely looks promising.
So the end of the lever, having more leverage makes up for the greater distance from the attraction magnets there.
Then it takes less energy to pull a magnet apart sideways due to the repelling force gradually taking effect about midway when pulling magnets apart.
I had a similar idea, though this one is better.
So the forces balance on main magnets, though it may have an energy asymmetry because it may take less force to remove the magnet at end of lever.
Another design might be a seesaw, where two seesaws are side by side on the same shaft, then we have magnets on both sides of seesaw.
Then each side will have a movable magnet to cause the imbalance and a continuous cycle can be had.
Then we can attach rods to other end of seesaws to a shaft for power takeoff.
