Gorbatchov is a co-player of the council of foreign affairs ( CFR) and this speech which was held in Munich ( germany) is simply a fearmongering technique in order to bring the people into a state of accepting a world-governement which then poses as the ultimate solution for avoiding this faked WWIII-threat.
The military-industrial complex knows very well what a nuclear war could mean, especial for those who survive a war of this kind. No, they will not dare to start it.
So this is part of a psychic operation which was well known to the old Werner von Braun way back in the 70 ties.

Interestingly, Michail´s phantasies about WWIII are not covered in the media.
So I would call his speech a kind of more general one. He makes good money with his speeches -
and WW III is something you can warn all day long.

Today, the most concern in Russia is how to fake the next elections and calm down the public.
The superpower countries seems to be quite busy at the moment - so I don´t think there is a severe chance for WWIII.
