Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Goal of overunity

I'm a newbie here, but with the research I've done so far, I've found the goal of the projects here and elsewhere to achieve  power generating systems (or motors) that attempt to operate in overunity seem to get close, but lack the funding or physics to achieve the intended goals.  Granted I have many hours of reading to do here, yet this device http://www.rexresearch.com/kawai/1kawai.htm or perhaps this device http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vDeXTXYFKAY driven by this device http://bourke-engine.com/ani.htm fueled by this device http://www.rexresearch.com/pantone/pantone.htm seems like it may work very efficiently at every subsystem and at overunity overall.  Any thoughts?

TinselKoala

I have thoughts.
:o

For the "thrust-drag" axis, you can substitute "overunity-underunity" if you like.

It looks like the graph is a pictoral representation of the argument negating the possiblity of OU.  Is that correct?

TinselKoala

No, that's not correct. The graph is a comparison between what OU researchers would _like to happen_ and what _actually happens_.
You get some encouraging result, you improve your apparatus, and your result gets a little more encouraging... so you improve your apparatus by a factor of 10 and your result gets more encouraging.... by a factor of 5........ lather rinse repeat.
This happens many times because those researchers are "barking up the wrong tree", by spending their efforts on schemes that _cannot possibly work_. Usually this is because they have not grasped some fundamental fact of nature, or are making simple (or not so simple) errors in their math or logical reasoning.

It's a graph of what will happen to _you_ if you take your several non-working technologies and try to string them together into a working one.

But don't let me discourage you from wasting your time. Everyone knows I'm a pseudoskeptic and paid debunker. Just because my devices, like the TinselKoil or the various static machines that I make, are closer to being OU than just about any others you will see on this site..... don't let that fool you into taking me seriously.

TinselKoala

Sorry... I must have woken up on the wrong side of the floor this morning. That's what I get for reading RA's posts before breakfast.

What I mean to say is that there is a tremendous waste of great talent and creativity that happens when people spend their time on things like "gravity motors" or "permanent magnet only" types of devices, or inductive kickback phenomena like Bedini motors or Ainslie circuits, or buoyancy drives or Pyramid Power, or many other things we see here on Stefan's site. We are surrounded by a sea -- several seas, actually -- of real, concentrated energy, but nobody is going to be able to "get their feet wet" in these seas until and unless they understand the basics of what we _do_ know about the world. There are edges and cracks in our understanding, but if you don't know what the solid ground looks like, you'll just wind up falling into the mud and getting stuck.
