I have seen people talking about resonance as it had all the attribute of magic and quasi mystic , however no one ever seem to know anything about it and you got to have it (Dude its like free energy) . So i tried to keep it simple , and make a visual explanation of the wonderful natures principle that links sound and matter .

All the strings are about the same size and tune to the same note , as i hit one string all of them star rigging , the resonance permits greater transfer of energy from on string to the other , this is analog to to coils with exact same specs and resonant Q , better transfer of energy between coils , greater distance , lets not stop there most solid objects also have natural Q they ring at (make audible sound when hit) inanimate object can me moved by they natural pitch .  At the end i de-tune one string and hit it as hard as before and none of the strings move , this was done to show it was not the energy from the guitar body . There is nothing random here , other freq of the same root will work to some extent but with great lost of energy .

Different size of wire coil can also be tune to the same Q , and less loss .

Ok here , here , we have 6 strings of the same gauge and tuned to the same freq , so there is the guitar , strings and tension , i will postulate the the guitar is the earth the tension is the local field earth gravity  , and strings are coils . There should not be coils tuning with a tank , and wire size means a lot.

PLEASE , DO SOMETHING i don't mind rants or naysayer or imaginative people praising any atribute of resonance overlooked..

It clearly show the ability to transfer more energy to the system then when its not tuned.

The also work on greater distances , for less energy .

Coils need to be tested with a signal generator to find the resonant freq it can be anything as long as it matches.


You know why the glass breaks when exposed to it own song , it dances into glass breaking frenzy , many metals will act the same way .

those videos, especially the 2nd one, demonstrate why resonance shouldn't be overlooked.
If the intention is to create an efficient transfer of energy,. this knowedge should be a requirement.

I shall reproduce my work on resonance first demonstrated in Aug 2011 here.  The experiment consists of:

1.       Use a signal generator to produce a sound with given frequency.  Capture and Display the “amplitude” of the sound on a Computer.
2.       Place a resonance box or a cup with ¼ the wavelength near the speaker.  Adjust to get the loudest sound.  Capture and Display the new “amplitude” of the sound on the Computer.
3.       As seen and heard, the amplitude of the sound in case 2 is much louder than in case 1.
The louder sound can be heard anywhere in the room.  The larger amplitude represents greater sound energy.  Where does this energy come from???

The correct answer is that â€" the extra energy comes from the kinetic energy of the air molecules.  In other words, the kinetic energy of the air molecules is lead-out or brought-in by the resonance set up.  Those interested in the mathematical analysis should study the information at overunityresearch.com under the ltseung888 bench at the following thread.

I now have the equipment from China delivered to USA.

1.   I have the signal generator that can provide a constant sound in both frequency and amplitude.  The output was put directly to the speaker unit from the Electronic Snap Kit 303.

2.   The output from the speaker was picked up by an ordinary microphone and fed into the computer with the Winscope program also available from the Snap Kit.

3.   The first diagram shows the set up and the peak-to-peak value (white arrowed line).  That peak-to-peak value represent the voltage detected and can be treated as an indicator of sound amplitude.

4.   The second diagram shows what happens when a resonance box is brought close to the speaker.  The sound heard is louder.  The white arrowed line is much longer.

5.   The resonance box is a passive element that will not supply energy by itself.  Where does the extra sound energy come from???
