it seems like a good idea initially...but then looking at it something seems all wrong... the weights that they use to compress the springs are on the outside when going up - meaning far heavier than in the other position (just more leverage), so the weight of these "bullets" would have to out-leverage the weights, and I just don't think it'd work...

I am sure they were going to have a big public release of this device a couple of years ago in London. Turned out to be a Hoax. I am supprissed they revived it. Not sure of the purpose. Web site disapeared quickly and now had appearded again. I stand to be corrected.
