Keep looking, it's an interesting topic everything from ultrasonic hypnosis to algorithums inbedded into the brain with pulse modulated broadcasts. There is a complete enough package of information for you to make and use of these devices. Of course you would only use this to prove or disprove this but, there are the sick ones that have been using this stuff for years. The most interesting info I have found on this subject was on planting false memeries. That could be useful if they could use is to modify trematic experiences and so on, in a medical treatment. But no, It's used for subverting and enslaving and what ever other buggered use they can put it to. Keep reading you'll learn a lot quickly.
