i just came back from the pool, sorry test result failed miserably!
there was no water flow
moving on to my other ideas, then johnny874's suggestion for my idea.

using 2 different size tubes to create a difference in height which allows work to be performed is my invention.
should matter to you but it doesn't.
In case you're wondering, my invention uses the principle of pressure heads. A principle can not be patented but how they are used can be.

Do you know one of the reasons why I have usually posted about donating the patent rights ? It was to try and prevent what is happening now. If people want charity then they should be willing to show some or I would think.
With the invention I posted, it works because the 2 different pressure heads are seperated. If they weren't, they both would have the same forces acting on them and balance out. This is one reason nobody has realized what I have before.
as for tinselkoala, he's out for himself and has a lot of support. some people don't like other being being successful.
