Nick yes and thanks for image shot, that is a good break down of his basic system explanation, from what i have picked up and this isn't 100 gospel but Vas-mos means 'lets go' he isn't with out his annoying tolls following him, any way the device on the left is the tuned frequency Tesla high voltage coil and i suppose the copper coil is his pick up, recycle coil and the coil with the aerial on is his resonant wave capture device, but the coil on it's side not sure what that does possibly his resonant transmitter or kicking coil, however if any one has any better ideas please drop me a line, i would love one of them, but alas i wouldn't fork out any capital for one my self.

If I good remember Vasmus was using special materials for some of his parts-like Permaloy or Mumetal?

On the left is Kacher (grounded (not shown) Tesla)  with its field (he didn't specified what kind of )  and on the left is the receiving coil with its own field. Both coils they form capacitor. Between is some resonator which unites both fields in to one big one (by impulses).  Collapsed field is than brought to the "clever transformer" (from resonator and receiving coil), to some  modulator and to the load.  There is also some electronics controlling pulsing( synchronization).

Hi Tomtech, If I good understand, he says - Do not search for frequency of ground.It would than corresponded to your Tesla and you will loose the support from which Tesla gives impact.  You shortening the spring effect.   ...... or something like that.

In other words , ground has to be solid support- not a part of the wire.

Yes the Tesla coil is not so strong,It can be stronger so guessing will be more output.
I see it does not need to be strong to gain the effect.
reminds me of Ruslan's first 12V demonstration. weak kacher, but the effect is there .
My fault was when leaving the output wires of the grenade on table and they short circuit on wood
(I think they were 2cm away from each other)  where they lay
and with a bright flash arc and after more then 5 to 10 seconds of play got to my simple tl494 driver. but managed to make a new one,
but will try it now with my Akula, the push-pull driver.
What I saw was heavy melting of my grenade output wires where extremely hot.
ground was connected but seems I forgot to connect some points.

It might be an idea using the current sense transformer part for tesla coil circuit as input, but
I believe the current sense transformer is only to auto tune when more load is connected, a comparator .
I know when you connect more load the frequency drifts away from resonance of caps and coils, so
If you don't have comparator, you need to re tune it manually every time for optimal brightness in effect for the device.
the device can obtain effect without this, it's only auto tune for sure.
sins I have witnessed it.
PLL will come when I have the effect dominated and easy to obtain with simple pushpull and kacher.
Ibrahim's schemax are very ligit.
Soon I will replicate some Allega circuits I saw posted recently and apply to the device to see what will happen.

there is no 50hz in output of the device, it's DC and High frequency.
btw the ground works the same for every Tesla coil that has worked sins it was created.
it's not so hard, think simple.
Saw One of your vids on your channel on youtube, where i saw you using the scope to see when you connect kacher circuit
