    I do have some questions, as the diagram's component values are not shown. Such as the coils size and windings turn count, transistor, cap, diode, and resistor values, etz...
   Nor do I know if,  this is a self-runner,  or not.
   A couple of pictures of that set up would also help. Or if a video is available, also.
  What the input/output specs are, if known, would also be good,   but, NO HURRY. 
   I'll be studying what you've already sent.

The concept for secondary electrons power source is shown same as in Testatika (which was heavily guarded secret there).
The circuit technical details will vary from how you make this main piezzo element. The tiger's version is motionless Testatika version you can say... The final device videos will follow later on some time as it is still being worked on.
Your main power source is only catalyst for making electrons avalance in chain reaction on piezzo element in that case then manage flows.

   I notice that the date on the diagram is 2013, so it's a fairly resent or an ongoing build. Not like the previous videos he has from 2011. So, he has had some time to experiment, and I imagine that the circuit that you have translated is his best and most resent version, and the most useful one to focus on.

The above Piezzo element could be an Electret. I have been researching the FE scene since 1999 and the Testatika device was one of the first devices I encountered.

It has been suggested that an Electret placed within a stong magnetic field can create a large output. Unfortunately I was never able to create one of them to test this hypothesis.

I still have the 2 by 2 foot diameter discs tucked away in the back shed!!

If you will make self-sustaining process the power supply can be disconnected. Also this is ongoing build and this comes from facts in all previous experiments. In current case you have very weak modulated high voltage to trigger http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Secondary_emission like effect on dialectric with piezzo element inside and the results are electrons comming out what are utilized as power source for the load. This was done in Testatika so it is up to people what you will use to trigger that condition.
