So ask a detailed question about that issue (in that thread preferably).  I cannot guess what you don't understand.

   That's not a question that I would ask myself, as I know the answer. Nor do have a need to ask for an opinion. I know what current science thinks they know about it, already. And I don't need to hear about that same theory, again.
  My answer was,  that not even a rock can MOVE by it's own power. 
  The cause of movement of an inanimate object is directly related to the Fields that surrounds them. As Tesla has mentioned.       Throwing a log into a river. Would the log now be moving on it's own power. NO.
   
    Same answer concerning where the extra energy is coming from. The surrounding fields. Now we see that an earth ground may not be needed, at all, which just threw the idea of energy coming from the ground, to the only thing left, again the surrounding energy fields. Or NMR, but, as there is no ferrite anywhere that can be seen...
    But, if people have a problem with that idea, and would rather choose to follow what we are still being told, that's not my problem. Nor do I need to prove it to anyone, but myself.  That is why I'm here, and not in "that thread".

   Verpies, I also know what you think about all this, as we've been through it all, previously. 
But, material causes can't account for non material existence, nor include the Aether into the whole picture.

   So, now look at that last self runner device, no ground, no battery. And still self running. From what source?
   Or are you also going to cop out like Hoppy, saying it just has to be a fake. Even though he still offers no proof, just a weed stem, again, as being the not so hidden secret source or power to the device. I guess that his magnifier didn't spot the branches on the "cable".

   Any ways, I won't bore you all with my opinions, as it seems that they aren't well received, by some at least, although not all.
   Time will tell...

Nickz Hi I didn't see the cable Hoppy or others saw as 'branched' but that does not mean it 'wasn't' their! to produce energy you need fuel but don't ask me where it is coming from

While I have your attention, some time ago last year or 2014 you put a link up on this thread where a Rusian guy had a tesla coil and a receiving tesla coil build for free energy=, any chance you know i one i mean ? have you still got that link please ?? it's of interest as it was not unlike the one we are talking about with a feed back circuit.

   The device in the link below was made in 2014.
Sorry if that reply didn't answer your question. They're the only devices that I remember being like that. However,  it was discontinued, as it produced less output than their previous devices. Although it could be detected working up to a kilometer away, or so, as mentioned by Akula.

What this guy 'Roma Grits' has shown in his videos is certainly at least questionable just 
from a technical standpoint, but there is so far maybe still at least the possibility that he is legit
without further evidence of tricks at this point. However, at least with Kapanadze and Akula
they have allowed third parties to inspect their devices in operation in person. When someone
has not even done this basic step yet, I think there is a lot more reason to be cautious.

  Yet, there can be more than a few companies, as well as individuals that would do so. Pay the $5.000.
If nothing more than to keep this type of device secret, and not allow it out into the hands of the public.
However, if you spent the $5.000 to find out, would you tell others all about how it works. 
But, if it doesn't work as shown, the gig is up. As they would surely tell all about how they got taken.
  In any case, we may not have heard the last about this Kacher powered self running device.
  I would logically think (like Hoppy) that it would have to be a fake. But, if it's not?
  He is making a reference to both Tesla, as well as Kapanadze. But, not to Akula, Ruslan, Daly, or anyone else. That I can tell.
