Yes, it changes the tuning completely.
First part of the vid is without the ground connected,
having to show how the synchronization works the reason why it's behaving like that .
after reaching second part of video you see I have ground connected, where you can see
it will keep them lit and might say fully bright. 100W halogen and 25W microwave bulb.
If I should disconnect earth, there is no light! maybe very weak burn on filament.
They become very hot when fully lit! you feel the heat coming out of it, its different from back then.
yes without kacher it's pulling about 1 amp or less. pushpull.
With kacher it can reach up till 2.5amps on meter. 24V PSU.
When waving hand, I see mili amps movement on meter when full brightness at output.
Both test were with Mains, without ground and with.
Further test will be done with 24V car battery.

I support the development of research on improving this device but you must realize that your system is excited by high field "ionization/ radiant" - At radiators aluminum
which directly carrier HV. on (IC)78XX and the control system!
So voltage jumps across the low-voltage system the system becomes unstable!
example is like a hand observed energies of the earth system is suppressed, or if you prefer shielded.
- categorically is too close!
- system is not electrically isolated

Hi Grum. Yes, it seems to have some potential. In the least he showed how the earth ground can make
a very noticeable difference in HV AC circuits. I have seen the same sort of earth ground effect several
years ago when testing with HV spark gap circuits. I could connect the earth ground either before the primary or
somewhere on the secondary/load part of the circuit and it made a very noticeable difference to the way
the circuit performed, making the circuit much more energetic. However, in my case, even though I was getting that
same sort of earth ground increase effect with HV spark gap driver circuits, the input current draw from the battery increased
when connecting the earth ground into the circuit. I was not able to see any apparent OU effect in those experiments.
