  You mention to get rid of the induction circuit and just work with electrostatics... Which is what I've been doing lately.
But, no one knows just how Poma did what he did, to make it self run, and produce kWs.  Or I would have made that device, already.
  If Ruslan talks about not using the magnetic induction circuit, and yet produce the same output using only electrostatics, he certainly is not showing that change. At least not yet.  One thing is the small pocket sized circuits that light a few LEDs, and another a device that can provide for kWs of power.

On an educational point of view, there are loads of devices that have appeared over the years many of them use a caduceus type coil or bifilar winding canceled out, could it be that the grenade coil just cancels out the right-hand rule with the left-hand rule ie the magnetics ?? if you look back at the grenade coil it does not cancel out entirely ie should be 48 - 48, then 24 - 24 then 12 -12 so  1 wave, 1/2 wave then 1/4 wave. do you see what I mean ? it's just a guess.

I've seen LEDs light with scalar it's used in comms, you can't stop it ! it has a 90-degree phase shift.

Maxwell's equations lead to the prediction of electromagnetic waves in a vacuum, which are transverse (in that the electric fields and magnetic fields vary perpendicularly to the direction of propagation).[2]

Well leading and the only  fallowed model  of today's  science  is   transverse nature of   Electromagnetic  Wave,
while for some it is the transvestite dressed like  in longitudinal electromagnetic wave

Bending science  from its original form , could be compared to young  boy who can not fit any longer in his suit.
But everyone around see him as revolting  and with the time even more protesting.
When the guys around can not find the way to patch that  old and short suit  than the new model  is born.

The longitudinal modes of a resonant cavity are the particular standing wave patterns formed by waves confined in a cavity.
The longitudinal modes correspond to those wavelengths of the wave which are reinforced by constructive interference after many reflections from the cavity's reflecting surfaces.
Recently, Haifeng Wang et al. proposed a method that can generate a longitudinal electromagnetic (light) wave in free space, and this wave can propagate without divergence for a few wavelengths.[8]

I see this  controversy as  something worth  to look at.
I assume that many of you would like to become  more financially stable   and possibly famous at no time.
Well that is why we are here.

Easy enough would be just think of components of air as non flammable  till air is spitted to its components. So now we can take  advantage of  energy   transfer.
The simple porous filter is responsible for that separation.  filter needs  to have air flow  or be in move by itself to comprise the same  function.(  part of flying jet plane)
In any case we are dealing with  Longitudinal wave application

But conclusion is that effect  of that porous filter structure ,can be the same air separation to its  basic components.

Hopefully they will provide insight that you will appreciate; in particular with relation to Donald Smith and Ruslan Kalubuhov apparatus. Since these devices can be made to work, they are the primary targets for detailed theoretical analysis and modern engineering design development.

BTW; after studying the NUC battery in some detail, it appears to work on a similar concept (Cobalt 59 seems to be the [abundant] high speed electron source once excited; however more work is required to confirm and fully prove the concept.
