Here's an interesting little nugget:

Symmetrical coil is wound from the center in opposite directions an equal number of turns.
If several turns add to one half of the coil and remove a few turns on the other half, we obtain an additional magnetic field H₃ created inductance - L_D .

As a result: a coil with a large number of turns will act as the inductance and the coil with fewer turns to act as a capacitor. It is a well known fact (read the book). Full voltage across the coil will be less than its half.

Look at page 1040 I posted about cw, ccw coils and the effects of them.
Grenade coil is a cw, ccw wound and this is one of ''unconventional principles'' or un ''unconventional effects'' in Ruslan devices.
There are at list others three ''Unconventional'' principles or effects in Ruslan, Akula ,Kapanadze devices.
''Unconventional principles'' or effects are specials that you will not find them in ordinary devices you can buy all the time.
That way is hard to replicate this ''unconventional'' devices (ruslan, Akula,Kapa) because is not just one unconventional effect but 3-4  thouse are not used in normal way on the market.

there is no interaction between electrostatic field and induced electric field? why?

I just tried to "kick" a wave that is inside granade-like-coil with secondary coil filled with strong static field from flyback trafo and NOTHING extra has been  inducted on third-output coil.
