I responded to both  of the guys  in Russian and Dimitry Maximov  responded to it in shockingly good English.
After that  he made my further answers invisible. 
Than he wrote to me that it was coincidental and now everything will be  visible to other people reading  comments.

3. I wrote again to Sergey Panov complaining that If he wants the money I have money and my friends in Europe are interested with  his non working "ruslan" device"

4. I posted on this topic number of comments showing pictures  of Russian troll Bewusstindiezukunft
now blocked on this forum.  from 2/22/2017 and compared them to picture taken from Sergej Panov video.
I show differences between two, and  went to conclusion that it might be  as well  the Russian trolls counterfeit .
And action of Russia targeting Ruslan.Look page 1116, 1117,

5. After Dimitry Maksimov responded to me again  he was trying to convince me that Ruslan device does not work.

6. During that conversation  many trolls have been contacting me in youtube or criticizing me. and unwillingly  pointing  my attention at valuable sources.

7. today morning Sergej Panov responded to me and again. And now this guy also is talking in shockingly good English .
From  my intel  I know that this guy does not speak English.

8. Situation for today.

I offered money 5000 Euro  to Sergey Panov  and I said that I do not want his device. I will not visit Lithuania Klaipeda
but some of my friends in Europe might be interested with the device IF THE DEVICE IS NOT RUSSIAN TROLLS COUNTERFEIT !!!!

surprisingly to me in excellent English  for this part of the world  I got the answer:

this matter is between my family and the person who was deceiving us for months, from May 2016.
You can't possibly imagine the lies and disappointments we had to go through every single week because of the promises 'the person' made.
The arguments with my wife, postponed plans, lost valuable time, involving other members of my family, arguments with "the person" and
countless calls to Latvia to "the person" who promised a flawlessly working device that produces up to 1.5 kW of electricity.
He would promise to give the money back but would come up with new excuses and reasons
he was not able to do so at the moment and would promise to do that next opportunity he got.
I repeat, we have received from "the person" countLESS empty promises ranging from
"I am coming to fix the device this weekend, to I am making a new schematic, to
I am making an improved device, to I am making a 50Hz device, to I am coming with an attorney, to
I am coming with a Public Notary, to I am already on the road-I will be there today, etc, etc, etc".

Wesley, this case is not about you and me, it is about "the person" and my family.
Only he can mend the problem, and we have given him many opportunities to do so, but, alas,
he continues to lie and manipulate and continues avoiding taking responsibility.
I am going to appeal the case and to go the the Highest Court
if need be, to have justice, resolution and closure to the scam my family endured.
We can not sell you anything, as the case is already in process and evidence has been sent,
the case is strictly about the scam of the person, him obtaining the financial assets of my family by

and now  fight for every penny  he lost
over sudden refuse my 5000  euro with no request  of the device to be given to me. did you get it? ??
In the country where this kind of level of English is present for every 50 000 of  young adult only .
That means  one for every half of a million  people of all  Russian population.  However amount of guys with "little English" is not so small
By the way both of them are Russians.
Sergey is just from Lithuania Klaipeda. We do not know his emigration status and that might be important too.
In Russia $200 is  average monthly salary( in regions)

So  position   of   Sergey Panov-  the guy who "lost money on non working FE"   is clear he wants to  COOK Ruslan boil him,  make him known as fraud.
At the same time there is never any world saying name  of Seller  due to the fact that Lithuania is part of European Union and laws of the land are the laws of Europe with some variation from ("state" to "state")_ country to country.

If Sergej Panov  will not succeed nobody can  sue him for damages to Ruslan reputation.

9. when you read my answers to  Dmitry Maksimov
you will see that he is dragging me to political discussion in English and  I try to show him certain mechanism:

The more Ruslan is pushed to the wall the more he would be willing to negotiate with me for less and less money or for free.
When it comes to  sentencing Ruslan, he would rather deal with American and gain big time  instead of being penalized.
The answer is simple  Ruslan gives i to the world and I make presentation  showing that his device works. by that any sentencing must be overturned.
So that what  Russian Mafia of Trolls wants to    use against FE community may turn  to be against  Putler.
3 millions people in within 2 weeks will know the truth  and  judge by themselves to accept my video or  Putler pigs propaganda.
that multiplied by 10 per person  makes news accessible in  every part of the world.
Whatever the truth is  it is better for us to have Ruslan framed by Russians to the wall.

The second  message you can read from  comments in youtube  is me indicating in English that  any guy such as Ruslan can make
Putler  collapse.
If they push Ruslan against the wall and he starts to spit it out  than FE will be in Russia too.
than Tariel, Akula, Adrian Guska, Anonimus  and  around 20 other guys will have nothing hide any longer. Soon nobody needs them .
Everyone will go out.

Russian did the Tzar over 100 years ago  and now they can do it overnight with another Russian tzar.
They are good in it and I wish them the  best.
There a e plenty of smart people there.

It is interesting case. If Ruslan (and his mafia around him )  is not a fraud ,he has nothing to be worry about. In other case ,I hope he will get what he deserves for all of our investments and the time we spent on construction of not working device

I need that.
If Russians  trolls put Ruslan into the corner , he will start to spit it out. Than he is going to come to  Americans for help.
But we have money and mathematics and Russians have ideology and patriotism .
So Ruslan will go for money especially when he has nowhere to go and he must  save his boot.
Nobody is going to do harm to Ruslan  and In so close proximity to  Russia he may end up like Litvinienko.

Bottom line if he is a fraud or he is the hero escaping Russian terror -it  is yet to be find

If he is fraud he will become  hero of conspiracy theorists if he is not than Putler is out.
In both situations it is good for both Russian nation ( but not to  Russian government)
and rest of the Free World  too.

This is just my (very well informed) opinion of course!

Accusations of RUSLAN developing a "FAKE BTG" device does make for some wonderful
"cloak and dagger" intrigue and we are all (most of us at least) quite enjoying all the
exciting inter-play!  This is great - please carry on.

Also; please note: all indications are that the Ruslan device does perform as demonstrated;
based on both preliminary laboratory testing, and, computer aided engineering (CAE) EM analysis;
employing conventional knowledge, method, and technique.

These preliminary conclusions are also supported by the many recent {what appear to be} credible
claims of replication and experimental results shared by individual developers from around the world.

However; the theory still remains somewhat elusive [velocity modulation - standing waves -
or a combination of both; along with a variety of other inter-related electro-dynamic phenomena].

Development is still in it's infantcy and, in short, a "Nobel Prize in Science and Technology" will
likely not be awarded until the scenario is complete - the How? and the Why?

Meanwhile the real work continues - but we do enjoy these "political power broker theatrical breaks"
from time to time!
