It should not be expensive at all.Unfortunately Ebay doesn't archive orders/links/seller which was completed couple of of years ago.
I do have 222(2.2nf) 50kv capacitor no brand attached for reference only.After so many years inflation may push price up a little.

I would use caps with more farads though. Few thousand volts and maybe 0.4microF. Pulse charge with DC and get the rate of change high.

If you fill the cap 30000 times per second (give or take some ESR) in resonance and your output takes charge out 60 times per second you might have something.
