Yep, that's a good one all right! Classic rat's nest construction, stray capacitance and inductance all over the place... and three 250 dollar meters blown out and he will probably buy another one (4:40 or so) not to mention damaged scope.

We have all dealt with hacks in our life right? Its miserable... Well its a fact, OU attracts hacks.

Most people dont watch these videos, most people never designed  6 layer ground plane multi layer pcb to understand exactly how fields interacts @ 100+ Mhz, how to shield signals and minimize stray inductance, how plan ahead to keep things short...

A few weeks ago, I bought myself a brand new scope, 350 mhz BW and memory features that far surpassed my old one, this was for a 3.3 V system, I didnt exactly remember the safety basics to be honest so decided to try a few keywords... It did not take long to gain the knowledge to better protect my investment.

A few videos and guidelines is all they had to know, and keeping a steady hand... But low IQ dont mix well with complex technology with High Voltage... Things that you and I see as natural is not for them. So they are even lower than low IQ, because we are no doctors of EE either. I would never attempt a Kapanadze, not without clear instructions or explanations in english and better documentation, now we have an over abundance of wrong information probably.
