The asymmetric mechanical oscillator behaves in a similar way when the potential energy of the compressed spring passes into the kinetic energy of mass motion.

The potential energy of the spring is not evenly distributed between the masses.
Less mass gets more energy. The sum of these energies is equal to the energy of the spring.

Explanation. If you do not want to lose mechanical energy in the course of work, then this work must be performed by an imaginary force. This means that the force is absent in the inertial coordinate system, but is present in the non-inertial coordinate system. This force in the rotating coordinate system is centrifugal force.

Comment. After the work is done, the centrifugal force will be small and if you want to continue generating energy you must use a coordinate system where the centrifugal force is high again. This is possible because the linear velocity has not changed.

Kapanadze has a nice little flywheel device, this speaks to me much more than Antenna designs.

Hi to who it might concern, I read your few comments but have no idea what you're talking about, 6 layer PCB rats nest and what contract do you refer too?
perhaps it might help if you could read over what you have written and ask your self does it make sense so that others might read it as I'm sure you want to relay something of importance to us all. :)

When you go through the steps of PCB design, product design, you learn from your mistakes and go through frustrations, why a ground plane is important, rise time, distance, test points... You learn to think not only in terms of general design but how to reduce radio emissions. Electricity is not V and R, its fields. And with high rise time there is echo, and then comes in wave theory... Certain points on the circuit can have higher voltage even 1m.

Inversely, you start understanding what exactly is a ground loop, what is an antenna, and what is radio emissions, the thing you never wanted, now you want. And You know where to isolate subsystems to not interact with eachother (layout), the inverse applies.

Its about experience, people should realize their limits in troubleshooting that will come about...OU and the internet has been around for a while now, to attempt a Kapanadze is a ballzy move. Only dumb or arrogant/stubborn people I'd say...

Its OK if you are comfortable with these projects and have the gear, but to equip yourself just for this and "hope".... Come on, you know better.
