This schematic is from akula, it to me send one men, but tell me not send other, because akula can be confused... But I ask him or akula say not send, he nothing say about that, so maybe good be publish this shematic, but I try make it and it seems wery dificult, so I not know, that do. So can not replicate, because need more info that diodes and so on.

I have download the program in order to download the image.
I don't recall seeing this circuit anywhere else before base on my memory.

It looks like this circuit at the top right side is emulating a 3-phase power supply at this moment.More study is required.
This is a interesting OU circuit to investigate.

Men who send me this circuit write, that 3-phase emulating circuit I can remove, that be more simple. Only interesting thing, that addading resonant capasitor capasitor C2 or C5 and parralel to it conect light bulb, then with resonant capasitor light is brighter and curent usaly drop or same. And streemer disapear. I try use kacher, like writen in this cicuit, what can use kacher, but then dificult make DC power. Men who send this circuit to me, say, that akula use kacher, then I ask or akula try with kacher. But for kacher need other circuit.

It is parametric resonance circuit. The left side gives high frequency and high voltage in Tesla coil, the right side gives capacitor charge then added inverter to utilize AC coming over resonant LC. Also this can be tuned to mix 2 frequencies in way where high frequency voltage goes over low frequency current.
