Soliman  I think that Oscilator is used to sine wave modulate the TL494 at 50 or 60 hz

if you have any spair gates like a CD 4093 ect smit trigger or a TTL 74 HC14 rig it to oscilklate at 50 or 60 hz
or even a opamp set up for a square wave ocilation. A lot of stuff on here is incompleate or un finished or even BS.
and drive a choke about 470uh then look up the resonant value of cap fot that frequency and you will get your sine wave.
