Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Well, I hope that it will help you to come up with a self runner. Otherwise, you just keep going on and on and on and on and...

Hi Soliman,
it is ok, you are doing your best :) and doing good in translation.
Pin 3 I'm not even using it in my setup. But it is the PWM comparator pin or feedback.
Not sure if it is used to auto tune while load is connected...Panov was not sure for what it was, written on the pic.
I traced the wire and pin 3 and it goes to the board before the kacher circuit, to a dip switch with 2 levers.
it is then connected to the CD4017 Chip. hmm
But that leg where PIN 3 is connected which is the C1 is the "clock input" leg #14 on the CD4017 Chip.
So to say CD407 is receiving Pulse signals from the TL494's pin3 white wire.
Hmmm Funny .. Might seem it works with the relay on the board maybe.
But to be sure it has to do with the start and stop of the system buttons.

In picture below you will see the pic of that circuit where the white wire is connected to the dip switch blue.
I have drawn arrows in red to show you what to see.

Hello Geo, and the others.
I would like to know, to obtain something similar, how your kacher operates
how to tune the ground wire with the kacher.
What happens if I make the ground wire longer or shorter?
what is the length of the ground wire that you use, and the length of the kacher coil?
my kacher is very weak 0.5Amp. or it is very lethal 5Amp.
I would like to have something moderate. It doesn't matter if I use 24volt DC, or if I use
150volt or 90volt. or 50volt. is always weak or lethal.
The length of my ground wire is 32 meters, but this does not produce any effect when connecting or disconnecting it.
to what extent you use the Steven Mark circuit.?
excuse me for asking so much. I seek help because I am working hard on this.

Soliman:   As I had mentioned, the ground wire is the same size as the grenade output coil.  37.5 meters long, or 40 meters depending on your grenade length. This is all stated in the schematics, if you use the right one. Both the grenade as well as the Kacher are connected to this ground. If you get no interaction from the ground line, it normally means that there is no proper sync in both circuits. The ground will work well when there is a proper sync, and the ground line being thick and the right size. If there is no response, check the sync. Both my inductor and the grenades coils run at the same frequency, about 18 or 19KHz, and not like you are suggesting.  You can see the difference in Geo's output on some of his videos,  when he disconnects the ground line from the circuits.  The best streams on the antenna coil should be somewhere between 3mm to 5mm long. Any longer and the streams will ground out, or burn the components on the induction circuit.
The signal at the fets is a square wave, but at the yoke/grenade the signal will be a sine wave.
This device has little to nothing to do with Steven Marks devices or diagrams.
    I hope this helps.   NickZ

Soliman, for your katcher look Ruslan's video, he use the oscilloscope in base and collector of SC5200 and use variable resistor.

Ruslan say this.
Video for those who want to repeat this device. I hope that I have sufficiently cleaned it up from the verbal slag so that the main points of production and debugging are more understandable. If anyone wants, then download https://yadi.sk/i/RPd07eQJe23us. I think that the author will not be angry, I just removed repetitions and transitions to personalities in order to facilitate the perception of the topic of the case.
For those who fail, there is comforting news - an Italian engineer with an excellent surname Rossi made a nuclear fusion unit. Our academics from the Kurchatov Institute confirmed that everything works. The main thing with grounding will not be any trouble. The Italian is already making a 20 kW generator plant. Expected cost (optimistic forecast) 500 bucks, charging cost 10 bucks. Charging time is six months. In general, you won't stop the progress, especially since the power engineers will not succeed because their lines are constantly torn, leaving hundreds of settlements without energy. And fan cut-offs and just cut-offs of anyone are moved to buy such an autonomous source.
Good luck to all.

On the High res video Ruslan slaps his hand on the TC Katcher Qu how come it doesn't go of tune in any way shape or form ?  ;D ;D
