Thank you for the uploading and help of the Akula system , it was needed for me to understand it clearer.
Now I could give  a try too and Join the replication group of Akula systems.

Below I Uploaded a picture of the schematic a bit modified, but is how you mentioned how the coils for output should be should be.

You picture is good, but akula not use kacher and he to me write, that kacher not exatly is good, because you can not ground it, buttom end must be grounded.
And I think that kacher frenquency must be same as self oscilation frencuency of output coil to get between them resonance, so here maybe not so easy ajust this. And kacher self oscilations also maybe must be same frenquency and maybe sinshonized with frenquency, one of harmonic of ferite yoke, who is pumped with other frenquency. Let say kacher have 800 kiloherc (then you put it on 6 windings wire, frenquency drobs, here is droped frenquency). Output coil frenquency also must be 800 kiloherc (self resonance, you can chek that with oscilioskope and genrator and find self resonant frenquency) and pumping youke frenquency must be let say 80 kiloherc in resonance. So you must ajust many resonans, but who know, maybe here and no so dificult.
